How to Choose Bait for Novice Fishing
1、 According to the taste of fish:
For example, crucian carp and carp like milk and fishy smell, silver carp and bighead carp like sour and smelly type, and grass carp generally like sour taste. According to the change of season, the mouth of fish will also change accordingly, so we must make reasonable changes.

2、 According to temperature:
When the temperature is relatively low, such as wild fishing in winter. At this time, because the temperature is relatively low, small miscellaneous fish no longer open their mouths for food. Because crucian carp has a strong tolerance, they can eat at a lower water temperature, but their mouths are relatively light. At this time, we can choose the bait with earthworms, red worms and fishy food.
When the temperature is relatively high, it is not suitable to choose earthworms and red worms. Because the two tastes fishy, the small miscellaneous fish make a lot of trouble when the temperature is high, and the use of red worms and earthworms for wild fishing will cause the small miscellaneous fish to make a crazy nest. At this time, we should choose wheat grains, corn or less flavored commercial bait.

3、 According to the water regime:
The water regime refers to the water conditions of our fishing places, such as the fat, thin, deep and shallow water, whether it is running water, etc.
Water fertilizer refers to the fact that there are many minerals, microorganisms and toxic substances in water, which can be called water fertilizer. When fishing in fatty water, we should increase the taste of the bait, because fatty water itself has some taste. If the taste of the bait is relatively small, the penetration is naturally weak, and the ability to lure fish is relatively poor, so we should choose the bait with greater taste.
Water thin refers to clear water, high visibility, less other impurities, better water quality and less fish food. When fishing in such waters, we should choose the bait with a lighter taste. If the taste is too strong, the fish will be alert, because the fish usually live in thin water for a long time and have not encountered strong taste stimulation. At this time, we use the bait with a stronger taste, and the fish will stay away and form a dead nest.
For deep-water fishing, we can make the bait more sticky. Because of the deep water depth, if dry and loose bait is used, the bait may fall off layer by layer when sinking due to the resistance of the water after the rod is thrown into the water. When reaching the bottom, the bait on the double hook may fall off completely and no fish can be caught.
When fishing in flowing water, we can use earthworms, red worms or wheat, corn, which are not scattered and are not easy to fall. Because the flowing water will continuously wash the bait on the hook, using ordinary commercial bait will strip the bait and hook under the washing of the flowing water, and the fish will not suck the hook into its mouth when eating the bait. If we have to use commercial bait, we can open the bait into a hard and sticky state, so that the bait is tightly wrapped on the hook, which can resist the washing of running water.
